Optirun prod frontend hosting is ready.

This repository only provisions the hosting path. The future web application can be deployed into the private S3 origin bucket that backs this CloudFront distribution.

Expected public URL: https://app.optirun.link/

• CloudFront serves the public site domain.
• The S3 origin bucket stays private behind origin access control.
• Later frontend releases can replace index.html and related assets in the bucket root.
